Will the property manager be onsite during our booking?

The Oak & Iron has a locked glass partition that fully separates the private hourly workspace from the rest of the house. A property manager may occasionally enter through the front door (separate from the workspace), but they are typically offsite during rentals and do not access the rented workspace. You’ll be notified the day before if the property manager would be entering the space.

How many people can the workspace accommodate?

The Oak & Iron comfortably supports small teams of 8–12 for offsites, hybrid meetings, workshops, and collaborative sessions.

Yes. The Oak & Iron’s private, open-layout environment is suitable for video shoots, content creation, and virtual presentations. Located on a cul-de-sac at the top of the hill in Montclair, the workspace benefits from minimal traffic and a quiet neighborhood setting, making it ideal for recording and production.

What if I need a different setup for the room without desks?

The room can be rearranged with advance notice. It includes a transformer table with conference-style seating for up to 12 people.

Are towels and toiletries provided for the shower?

Yes. The Oak & Iron provides clean towels, common toiletries, and a hair dryer for guests who choose to work out before or during their booking and use the private full bathroom to shower and reset.
